An English mid-18th century walnut lowboy. George II period, circa 1750.
Of excellent colour and patina.

Nb. This mid-Georgian walnut lowboy may also be referred to as a side table, dressing table, writing table, or vanity.
Raised on elegantly-drawn cabriole legs with two short drawers above one long drawer in the apron.

The top correctly quarter-veneered, and inlaid with herringbone lines throughout. Mounts and locks apparently original.
