The blue glass cylindrical bases rising to twin delicately spreading foliate candle branches with eagle heads seizing serpents, and candle holders, all emphasizing a sophisticated lightness of form.
The top tiers hung with cut-glass icicle drops and diamond buttons.
Standing on decorated circular bases.
The elegant whole surmounted by tall, faceted cut-glass pointed finials.
Remarkably complete and in exceptionally original condition.
Nb. These high quality antique early 19th century lustres are also sometimes referred to as table/ sideboard candelabra, candlesticks, or girandoles.
